Mr. Aamir H. Shirazi is the President of Atlas Group. He graduated from Claremont McKenna College, California and completed his OPM from Harvard Business School. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Honda Limited for over ten years. He was also appointed as professional director on the Board of Lahore Stock Exchange for two consecutive terms by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan. He has been Honorary Consul General of Japan, Lahore since 2002. He is also on the Board of Murree Brewery Company Limited and Total Parco Pakistan Limited
Mr. Frahim Ali Khan
Director
Mr. Frahim Ali Khan has been associated with Atlas Group since 1967 and has over 45 years of experience in General Management, Finance, Taxation, Legal matters and Investment banking. He has attended General Management & Financial management programs of Harvard university and Stanford University, USA and INSEAD of France.
Mr. Saquib H. Shirazi
Director
Saquib Shirazi is the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Honda Limited. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and did his MBA from the Harvard Business School. In addition to being a member of the Atlas Group, he is currently the Chairman of Pakistan Business Council. In the past, he has served on the Boards of Pakistan Petroleum Limited, National Refinery Limited, Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, Cherat Cement Limited, Cherat Paper Limited, Privatization Commission of Pakistan and as Chairman PAMA. He is at present a member of Prime Minister’s Business Council, Engineering Development Board and Pakistan Cables’ Board. He was Harvard Business School’s Global Alumni Board President for the years 2006-2008. At present, he is on the Advisory Boards of Harvard Business School, Veon Jazz and CDC Pakistan.
Mr. Suhail Ahmed

Mr. Suhail Ahmed is the Group Director Auto Parts of Atlas. He acquired Masters degree in Economics and thereafter obtained a degree in Law from University of Karachi. He also attended various courses including Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, USA. He has 40 years of experience in General Management, Finance, Investment and Taxation. He is also serving as Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Autos (Private) Limited
Mr. Sadaqat Ali
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sadaqat Ali has been associated with the Company since 2005. Prior to elevation as Chief Executive Officer he was associated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He also holds Bachelor degree in Law. He has 18 years vast post qualification experience in multifarious disciplined organizations of Pakistan. He remained member of Income Tax Bar Association since 1991. He remained on Board of Directors of ABE Pak (Private) limited from March 2004 to February 2007.
